Rachel Eva, C.HT, M.NLP, M.TPM, MTILC
Rachel is an international speaker, self-development author, and leader in integrative wellness. She is founder and head instructor for the Integrative Wellness Academy (IWA) where she trains and certifies students as integrative life coaches in order to help people transform their lives. Rachel developed the proprietary Integrative Life Coaching Model over seven years, which integrates diverse training in life coaching, wellness, psychology, behavior modification, and diverse healing techniques. Her integrative approach uniquely helps clients make changes at a deeper level for more lasting changes.
Rachel Eva is an Integrative Life Coach who is certified in over 20 healing modalities that support her integrative approach to life coaching, self-development, and integrative wellness. She is board certified through the Association for Integrative Psychology as a practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), master practitioner of NLP, practitioner of Mental Emotional Release® (MER), and clinical Hypnotherapist. She was also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Rachel is a master trainer of Integrative Coaching and certified as a personal trainer and yoga therapist. She has received certifications in ERYT yoga, sports nutrition, and sports therapeutics. She is currently working on her PhD in Natural Medicine.
After years of training and running a coaching practice, Rachel created a new patented technique to help people release negative emotions & limiting beliefs known as Emotional Clearing Method. ECM is now being taught to practitioners around the world and used in private practice to help patients achieve higher levels of freedom.
Rachel continues to develop online and in person courses, workshops and seminars in the areas of integrative wellness, self-development and spiritual coaching to help people grow in all four systems in wholeness (mental, physical, emotional and spiritual), overcome obstacles, and become free from the negative emotions and limiting beliefs associated with the past. She has experience coaching thousands of people in a wide range of issues from divorce, eating disorders, trauma, grief and loss. She has also coached and taught people who are moving towards goals and growth in the areas of career, health & wellness, relationships & family, personal development and spirituality.
