How do I access my course?
Log in to “My Account” at the top of the page. Scroll down and click on the name of your course.

How do I download my ebook?
Log in to “My Account” at the top of the page. Click on “Downloads” and then click “Download button beside your ebook.

How can I best view the video?
For best streaming video experience close all other programs and browser windows. Make sure you have a strong internet connection, have your volume turned on, and are using the current version of either Chrome, Firefox, or Safari browsers. If you currently use Internet Explorer and experience problems viewing the streaming video or audio, please switch to one of the preferred browsers.

If you experience severe streaming issues with slow page load contact your internet service provider to check your bandwidth. You may also want to take your computer to a computer repair shop and have it checked for viruses.

Our site is optimized for current versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari browsers.

What should I do if the video or audio is jumpy, pauses, or stops?
Check to be sure you are connected to the internet. Contact your internet service provider to check your internet speed. Close all other programs and open a new browser window.
